Policy
The policy of our enterprise is based on the existing and future demands and expectations of the interested parties: consumers, partners, personnel of the enterprise and a whole society.
High culture of business cooperation is achieved via constant improvement of the management system at the enterprise according to the principles and requirements of the Total Quality Management (TQM) and the European Perfection Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
The policy and the strategy of the enterprise are changed and improved in the development process, as well as any other life form, and renewed on the basis:
- of the information, received after analysis and estimation of the consumers' demands satisfaction;
- of re-examination of the image and the value system of the Leaders of the Mission, and also their activity as the bearers of the general business perfection culture of training and creative activities of the personnel.
The main principle in "INDAR" general management is realization of the policy and strategy of the enterprise, directed for development and achievement of the long-term success, which can be done only when the work of the enterprise is integrally beneficial for the society and coincides with its values and aims.
